1. 200 CLUB
The 200 club is a club lottery to increase funds to help the sinking fund and funds towards development.
The cost is £12 per year included in all senior members’ club subscriptions and available to supporters of the club through direct payment quarterly or yearly.
There is a monthly prize draw with 4 prizes which share 50% of the money received for the draw for that month.
This is a great opportunity to further help the club with the chance of recovering your subscription to the 200 club.

3. MOVING HOUSE?
Joscelyne Chase Ltd has pleasure in offering current active members of Braintree Hockey Club a discount on residential sales fees should they choose to sell their property through Joscelyne Chase on a sole agency basis. Standard Terms and Conditions of Business will apply.
A discounted fee rate of 1% plus VAT on the selling price at which contracts are exchanged will be offered to vendors of residential property if at least one of the vendors is a current active member of Braintree Hockey Club.
Braintree Hockey Club members wishing to benefit from this discount should inform the sales negotiator prior to signing the Joscelyne Chase Confirmation of Instructions Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Business. The discounted rate can then be recorded on this document. The discounted rate will not be available to hockey club members who fail to inform Joscelyne Chase of membership to Braintree Hockey Club prior to signing this document or those vendors who become Braintree Hockey Club members whilst a sale is in progress or instructions have already been confirmed. A copy of the confirmation of instructions agreement and terms and conditions of business is available on request.
In the event that a member of Braintree Hockey Club chooses to take up this discount Joscelyne Chase will contact the Hockey Club to confirm membership exists and is current. Hockey Club members should be aware that by requesting to take up the discount offer associated with their membership they consent to Joscelyne Chase making this contact with Braintree Hockey Club to confirm their membership.
Any residential property sold under this member’s discount rate will result in a donation being made by Joscelyne Chase Ltd to Braintree Hockey Club in the sum of £50. This amount will become due 30 days after the date in which our commission account is settled in relation to the residential sale.
Please note that as outlined in the Joscelyne Chase Confirmation of Instructions the fee of 1% plus VAT does not include the supply of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) should one be required. The current fee for arranging an EPC is currently £95. In addition Joscelyne Chase reserves the right to refuse instructions.
