Braintree Hockey Club Upgrades to Energy-Efficient LED Lighting
Braintree Hockey Club is pleased to announce the successful upgrade of its pitch lighting from halogen to energy-efficient LED technology. This improvement will enhance the club’s facilities, reducing energy consumption and benefiting both the environment and the local community.
The project was funded through a combination of the club’s own resources and generous contributions from Braintree District Council and Indaver. The club extends its sincere gratitude to both for their invaluable support.
Braintree District Council provided funding through Section 106 contributions linked to nearby developments. They are pleased to support the ongoing improvements at the hockey club, which benefit numerous local residents who participate in hockey, football, and netball.
Indaver is proud to contribute to this initiative, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable solutions that support both the environment and the community. More information about Indaver’s Rivenhall IWMF can be found at www.rivenhall-iwmf.co.uk.
The club also extends its appreciation to SJB Floodlighting for their expertise and efficient completion of the project. SJB has provided excellent service to the club for many years, and their guidance was invaluable throughout the process.
This upgrade marks another step in Braintree Hockey Club’s commitment to providing top-quality facilities for its players and the wider community.
