Played on half a pitch with 4 - 7 players per side, Rush is played with a standard hockey stick but with unique, larger plastic balls and small Rush goals. There are few rules, no umpires or coaches but it helps you get fit and is enjoyable, social hockey.

Rush Hockey takes place every Monday from 6:45pm to 8:15pm and is open to any player aged 8+.

It is free for all "all-inclusive members" or £3 per session for adults and £1 for children under 18.

All you need is a stick, shin pads, gum shield and a dark and light t shirt. Hockey sticks can be provided if you don't have one.
